The concept for steward was created by the owner of an independent housekeeping service. Renters in luxury apartment complex are often overlooked by service providers vs home owners while property management for these community are constantly looking for value adds that can be offered to residents of their communities. These same independent service providers want to serve their local communities but currently suffer from playing the paid lead generation game that can easily turn into a cash bleed for small companies.

With Steward approved vendors, based on quality of service provided, would be give access through a community platform that allows residence to book services and allows access to be approved in real time for those pre-approved providers.

Steward was built and set to launch in the spring of 2020, prior to covid lockdowns.
